The SPE model short path evaporator is widely used for purification and separation processes across multiple industries
The SPE model short path evaporator is liquid-liquid separation equipment operated under high vacuum. It relies on the difference in the mean free path of mixture molecules to rapidly separate liquids at temperatures far below their boiling points. The material forms a thin film on the inner wall of the cylinder and flows downward. Volatile light components evaporate and condense on the internal condenser via the shortest path, while non-volatile heavy components flow down the inner wall for discharge. It achieves efficient and precise physical separation and purification, making it especially suitable for thermosensitive, high boiling point, easily oxidizable, and high viscosity systems.
