PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Automated Stretch Wrapping Machine is an essential piece of equipment for modern industrial production and warehousing. It is highly adaptable to various single items and palletized loads, accommodating circular objects (such as copper rod coils and round drums) and square objects (such as cartons and boxes).
Operational Workflow: When the material arrives at the roller conveyor preceding the wrapping machine, the entry gate opens, and the conveyor moves the load to the center of the wrapping station. The wrapping process begins from the bottom and moves upward. Upon reaching the top, a top-sheet dispenser automatically cuts and applies a suitably sized film over the load's top surface. The carriage then descends, securely wrapping over the top film and continuing down to the base. Once the wrapping cycle is complete, the moving frame ascends, the exit gate opens, and the roller conveyor transfers the fully wrapped load to the next process. Simultaneously, the next load enters the machine, ensuring a continuous and highly efficient packaging cycle.

· Independent Wrapping Controls The number of film wraps applied to the top and the bottom of the load can be controlled and adjusted completely independently, catering to specific stability requirements.
