Operational Workflow: The workpiece enters the inspection station and is automatically clamped and positioned. Operators simply select the target product type via the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to initiate the automated inspection process (which can include voltage, current, or other customized detection methods). Qualified products are automatically marked with a printed code or label, while defective items are rejected. All inspection results are simultaneously saved into the product database in real-time.
