PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The GY Continuous Rotary Pressure Filter features a completely enclosed structure, making it the perfect choice for environments handling volatile solvents, toxic or hazardous materials, and demanding safety containment. It delivers exceptional results not only for granular and easy-to-filter suspensions but also for incredibly fine, sticky, and difficult-to-filter harsh conditions.
The core of the system is a rotating drum divided into a series of specialized segmented chambers. Suspensions are continuously fed into these chambers under pressure. As the drum rotates, the materials undergo synchronized, continuous stages of pressure filtration, multi-stage washing, extraction, and blow-drying. Finally, the filter cake is automatically discharged, valuable solids are recovered, and the filter mesh is regenerated—all within a single continuous cycle, accommodating both continuous and batch processing requirements.
