PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The FWZ Model Inverting Filter Centrifuge is a brand-new, proprietary intellectual property, high-performance, automatic discharge, batch-operated centrifugal filtration equipment that can completely replace imports. It has unique advantages such as no crystal shape damage, no material batch cross-contamination, full-automatic program control, cyclic operation, automatic discharge and no material pollution, especially suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, flammable, explosive and toxic sensitive material industries, meeting GMP standards.
During separation of the FWZ Model Inverting Filter Centrifuge, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and drum under centrifugal force, and solids are trapped by the filter cloth to form a filter cake. During discharge, the inner shaft system is pushed out axially under the action of a synchronous mechanical device to drive the filter bag to turn over, completing filter cake discharge and filter cloth regeneration. The inner shaft system is retracted and locked to enter the next working cycle.
