AUTOMATIC PALLET DISPENSER

Unmanned, High-Precision Pallet Distribution for Smart Logistics.

A core automation equipment designed to replace manual handling. It delivers highly efficient, precise, and orderly dispensing of stacked industrial pallets for factory production lines, smart warehouses, e-commerce storage, and logistics distribution centers.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Overview: The Automatic Pallet Dispenser (also known as a Pallet Magazine) is an essential automated system for the logistics, warehousing, and industrial manufacturing sectors. It completely automates the process of unstacking standard pallets, eliminating the need for traditional manual lifting and significantly streamlining operational workflows.

Operational Workflow: The dispensing process is driven by a precision lifting and guiding system. When sensors detect that the outfeed conveyor is empty, the lifting system lowers the entire pallet stack onto the conveyor line. The rotary fork mechanism then retracts, and the stack is lifted slightly. Next, the rotary forks insert into the second pallet from the bottom and lift the remaining stack upwards, successfully separating the single bottom pallet. A signal is then transmitted to the conveyor line, which transports the separated pallet out, completing one fully automated dispensing cycle.

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

· Multi-Material Compatibility Seamlessly adapts to various pallet materials, including wood, plastic, and metal. It effectively solves common industry pain points such as low manual unstacking efficiency and disorderly pallet distribution.

· Flexible System Integration Designed to easily interface with other automated logistics equipment—such as robotic palletizers, conveyors, and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles)—making it highly adaptable to diverse operational scenarios and complex working conditions.

· Heavy-Duty & Repaired Pallet Handling Capable of unstacking and reusing repaired pallets. The system is engineered to handle a heavy total load of up to 600 kg, single pallets weighing up to 40 kg, and large pallet sizes of 1650 × 1650 mm for robust automated conveying lines.
