Specially designed for separation and washing of wet desulfurization gypsum, closed operation, low energy consumption, excellent dewatering effect, finished gypsum with low moisture content and high purity, directly used for production of gypsum boards and building material additives.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) technology is usually used for desulfurization treatment of sulfur dioxide produced in thermal power plants, waste incineration plants, cement plants and other production processes.
The gypsum produced through the FGD process can be separated from the mother liquor and washed by the GLZ Gypsum Centrifuge, and the finished product can be used to make building gypsum boards, special gypsum boards (sound insulation boards, etc.) or as additives and filling materials.
The GLZ Gypsum Centrifuge has the advantages of high technical parameters, good reliability, excellent dewatering effect and high output. It runs stably and performs well under long-term production and various complex and harsh working conditions, ensuring the maximum dewatering capacity of gypsum slurry and meeting production needs.
