PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The GLZ Automatic Vertical Peeler Discharge Centrifuge is a filtration type, bottom scraper discharge, batch centrifuge. It integrates a number of high-tech technologies, such as PLC or computer touch screen program control; variable frequency drive, electrical braking; material level detection, which can control multiple automatic feedings; special feeding device to realize uniform and stable feeding and washing; customized damping and vibration reduction device without pouring foundation; multi-point automatic cleaning (CIP cleaning); applicable to closed and explosion-proof occasions.
The GLZ Automatic Vertical Peeler Discharge Centrifuge can meet GMP certification for pharmaceutical production (compressed air blowing device for residual material layer needs to be added). It can filter suspension with particle size above 0.005mm and solid phase concentration of 3%~50%, with processing capacity ranging from 50kg/h to 5t/h. (Performance parameters depend on specific materials)

· Chemical industry: Titanium dioxide, arsenic, carbon, cyanic acid, hydrazine, malic acid, sodium sulfite, PVC, barium (potassium) chloride, silicon carbide, sodium carbonate, mirabilite, ammonium sulfate, copper sulfate, dyes, pigments, hydroxides, etc.;
· Food: Salt, monosodium glutamate, soda, starch, sugar making, chemical condiments, food additives, etc.;
· Medicine: Pharmaceutical intermediates, vitamins, traditional Chinese medicine, amino acids, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, etc.;
· Mining: Copper, zinc, aluminum, lead and other mineral powders, various gypsums, metal refining, etc.;
· Environmental protection: Dehydration of acid-discharged gypsum and sewer sludge.
