PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The MCTL Model Multistage Centrifugal Extractor is a singleunit multistage centrifugal extractor that can realize multistage countercurrent extraction in one equipment. It has excellent mixing and mass transfer effects for light and heavy phase materials, with short residence and contact time in the equipment, minimizing extractant consumption and avoiding deterioration of effective components. The equipment runs stably, has a compact structure, and is easy to install, operate and maintain.
The MCTL Model Multistage Centrifugal Extractor is used for multistage extraction and separation of twophase systems with density difference under the centrifugal force generated by highspeed rotation. The feed solution with one or more solutes and the immiscible solvent with different density enter the overlapping stages of the extractor drum in reverse directions. In each highspeed rotating drum section, the two phases undergo countercurrent extraction, full mixing, mass transfer and separation, maximizing the transfer of solutes from the feed solution to the solvent, achieving multistage extraction and separation in one extractor.
According to different models and extraction process requirements, the multistage centrifugal extractor can realize 3–8 stages of extraction and separation.
