PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This robust system is specifically designed for the automated dosing, filling, conveying, and palletizing of powder and granular materials. Delivering a seamless, end-to-end packaging solution, the comprehensive production line integrates a pallet dispenser, empty drum buffer tank, conveyor system, packaging machine, precise weighing scale, robotic palletizer, strapping machine, and film wrapping machine.
Empty drums are separated and sequentially fed into the conveyor's waiting and dosing stations. At the dosing station, materials are accurately measured and filled according to preset parameters. The filled drums are then conveyed through automatic capping and sealing processes before arriving at the palletizing station. A robotic palletizer automatically stacks the drums onto pallets supplied by the automated dispenser. The full pallets then advance to strapping stations for horizontal and vertical reinforcement, followed by a film wrapping station. Finally, the secured, palletized drums are transferred via forklift or AGV, achieving a 100% automated continuous operation.
