A seal-free closed centrifugal extraction equipment, suitable for flammable, explosive, solid-containing/oligomer materials, realizing zero exposure, low maintenance and high phase separation efficiency in continuous countercurrent extraction.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

On the premise of ensuring technical parameters, the rotor bearing position of the CTX Model Annular Centrifugal Extractor is designed outside the material working area for higher safety. The rotor has no bottom support and no mechanical seal, reducing operation and maintenance costs. It is especially suitable for working conditions with solid or oligomer materials.

The CTX Model Annular Centrifugal Extractor is equipped with a mixing chamber at the bottom, which fully mixes materials with a stirring wheel to enhance mass transfer; the large length-diameter ratio of the rotor ensures excellent phase separation. Multi-stage series connection forms a countercurrent extraction process to meet different extraction efficiency requirements, with good adaptability to various material characteristics and extractant types.

The overhung support structure of the rotor is suitable for a higher length-diameter ratio, featuring stable operation, small and stable stress on the main shaft and bearings, and high reliability. The bearing seat is far away from the material working area, so the temperature rise of the bearing has almost no impact on materials, and there is no potential safety hazard of materials entering the bearing under extreme conditions.

The CTX Model Annular Centrifugal Extractor adopts a structure where two phases enter the mixing chamber tangentially respectively and a wheel-type suction stirring structure, which has the technical advantages of easy parameter adjustment, convenient disassembly and cleaning. It has a wide adaptability to materials, and the weak shearing effect reduces the sensitivity of easily emulsified systems.

Optional configurations include easily replaceable weir plates, CIP online cleaning, vibration warning, shaft temperature warning, flow control, nitrogen charging and oxygen measurement, variable frequency speed regulation and other intelligent detection and safety control systems, realizing digital, automated and intelligent multi-stage series systems.
