PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The MYZ Cylindrical-Conical 3-in-1 Filter Dryer (also widely known as a Conical Filter-Washer-Dryer) integrates pressure or vacuum filtration, re-slurry washing, and vacuum drying within a single highly engineered vessel. Distinct from traditional flat-bottom designs, its conical bottom significantly increases the active filtration area.
TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS
· Unique Conical Design & Superior Agitation
Features an upper cylinder and a lower conical filtration zone equipped with a conical sintered metal mesh (1-50μm precision). The central hollow shaft utilizes a variable-angle hollow spiral ribbon agitator. This scrapes the wall for thin-cake filtration, thoroughly re-slurries during washing, and continuously turns the cake during drying to maximize heat transfer.

Operates in a completely sealed environment, strictly eliminating dust and solvent leakage. It is perfectly suited for flammable, explosive, highly toxic, sterile, and easily oxidized materials, such as food, pharmaceuticals, and biological products.
