PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Full‑Plastic Extractor adopts a high-strength PTFE integrally molded drum, which effectively replaces metal materials on the premise of optimizing technical parameters. It is resistant to strong acid, strong alkali and polar solvent corrosion, with a wide applicable temperature range. It has been applied in working conditions such as high‑concentration hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and TBP with good results.The PTFE rotor is lightweight, reducing the motor energy consumption of similar products by nearly half and lowering equipment purchase costs. It is especially suitable for extraction fields with strong acids, strong solvents and multi‑stage series connection, such as waste ternary lithium battery recycling, rare earth and metal extraction.
The rotor is integrally molded with high-strength PTFE, featuring high strength, good rigidity, few sealing surfaces and reduced internal leakage risk;
